Very high winds and extremely low temperatures combine for a miserable day outdoors – and make it potentially dangerous… so the ski cabin will be CLOSED. The possibility of frost bite and broken tree branches or airborne debris aren’t worth the risk.
We will keep an eye on the weather forecast for Sunday to see if a fire and marshmallow roast might be doable. The temperature will be above zero but there may be rain – and nobody likes a wet marshmallow.
